Return & Exchange Policy

At Grace Beauty Bracelets, your satisfaction with every purchase is our top priority. We recognize that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we are here to make that process as easy as possible for you.


Conditions for Returns:

  • Time Frame: You may return your bracelet(s) within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your bracelet(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. Item(s) must be in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that adhere to our return policy.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.


Damaged Items

If you receive damaged item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receipt through our contact form or email us at [email protected].  In such cases, we will waive the restocking fee and provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Once we have the necessary information, you can choose between receiving the same replacement item you originally ordered at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will inspect it and promptly process your selected resolution.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or simply send us a message through our contact page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Processing Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee and will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

For exchanges, we will process your request within 2 business days, provided it is in stock. If the item is unavailable, we will notify you and discuss alternative options.
